The First Annual Urbani Truffles Academy Grant

Urbani Tartufi is proud to launch the inaugural Urbani Academy Truffle Grant that will provide truffle insight and inspiration to culinary professionals across the United States.

A truly elusive gift of nature, too few are familiar with the versatility and value of truffle products. Thus, we have set out to share our knowledge and long truffle history with the world.

Our goal with the Urbani grant program is to showcase the versatility and incredible magnetism of truffles - how they enhance a restaurant menu, stir up emotions amongst patrons and can positively impact a restaurant's profitability.

The grant will enable one grand prize winning chef to travel to our Academia Tartufi in Umbria, Italy to learn the delicate art of truffle collection, production, preparation and application in fine cuisine. We are confident that through this grant program applicants and winners alike will be infused with the same passion that has driven our family's dedication to the grand tradition of the truffle.
